Serving everyone inside refers to serving in the church. EveryChrist follower has been given a spiritual gift to be used in ministry to each other.
We all need to determine how we are wired for ministry by our gifts and passions to do our part. To determine this, please complete a spiritual gifts and talents inventory.

Serving everyone outside refers to evangelism through ministry to the community. Jesus commissioned us to 'go'. The followers of Jesus (you and me) are "the" plan to reach our community.
